Registration and Fees
Spring Meeting Registration: $300
Annual Membership Fee: $100 (Voyagers who have paid the membership fee are able to access the video library and other meeting documents for no additional fee.)
Room and Meals: Single occupancy/3 nights: $450
Double Occupancy/3 nights: $220 ( make roommate arrangements yourself)
There is a limited number of double occupancy rooms (one bedroom suites). Please contact Michael Jupin directly (with your roommate’s name) to reserve these.
Although the costs for staying at the Staybridge are very competitive, they continue to increase. Voyagers is subsidizing approximately $50 per person in order to keep participants costs down.
All breakfasts and two dinners are covered in the “Room and Meals” fee. “Voyagers Night Out” is Dutch treat.
Registration for the Spring 2018 Voyagers Meeting opens on January 1. (Click here.) Please follow the instructions to register online, print a copy of your registration, and send it along with a check to Michael Jupin at the address below. The earlier you can register, the better – even if you have to wait until the beginning of March to send a check. The registration deadline is Monday, February 26.
